We offer free nationwide shipping for orders from 400k and above (Shipping fee: 0 VND).
For orders under 400k, we will inform customers of the specific shipping fee during the sales consultation. (The standard shipping fee is usually 29,000 VND.)
Shipping Time
Order processing time: After order confirmation, our staff will process it immediately to pack and ship as soon as possible (We operate from Monday to Sunday).
Delivery time: From 1–3 days depending on the delivery address (Delivery from Monday to Sunday).
Shipping & Receiving Process
The buyer will receive a call to confirm the delivery time from the authorized delivery service.
The buyer checks the product and invoice, then signs the delivery note and makes payment to the delivery staff.
The buyer has the right to refuse the order in the following cases: the shape, color, size, or product code is not the same as the order placed on the website; the value of the goods differs from the value stated in the order placed on the website.
If the buyer refuses the order for reasons unrelated to the product, the buyer must still pay the shipping fee according to the specific case.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Applicable Timeframe
5–7 days from the purchase date for customers in the same province.
10 days from the date of receipt for customers in other provinces.
Purchase date refers to the date shown on the sales invoice.
Applicable Locations
For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges must be made at the same store where the purchase was made. Returns at other store locations are not accepted.
